	Corn Oil High heat tolerance makes this the ideal companion for tortilla chip frying. Its light, crisp corn flavor imparts levels of dimension to your favorite foods.
	Cottonseed Oil This is a versatile oil well suited to higher heat applications, particularly as a wok oil. Its clear color also makes it great in mayonnaise and as a general purpose cooking and frying oil. Available in winterized form.
